Day 42: Leviticus 24-25; Psalm 42
Jubilee!
Just the sound of that word brings me joy! For in Jesus, You LORD, have given me not only a year of jubilee, but a lifetime. Yes, You have declared liberty (Leviticus 24:10) that not only frees me from my debt of sin, but gives me an inheritance of Life. My Kinsman-Redeemer (Leviticus 25:25), Jesus, has bought me back from a life that leads to death, and has restored to me that place You created me to inherit in Your Kingdom. A child of the King I am through Jesus Christ, my Savior and my Lord.
