Day 237: Jeremiah 40-42; Psalm 66

O Lord, our Lord, how we long for the day that all nations shall come and bow before You, proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord, testifying to Your great and awesome deeds, acknowledging Your holiness and love. How we long for the promise of shalom shalom, perfect peace. How we anticipate the joy of Your presence and the privilege of ceaseless praise. Yes, we long for the day! So, today, let us live like that day could be today and make the most of every precious moment You give us, every opportunity to share Your great mercy and grace, so that those who hear may seek Your salvation and know our hope and share in our longing. This we ask for Jesus' sake and in His Name. Amen!
