Day 245: Ezekiel 4-6; Psalm 74

In Your Word for today, we witness the truth that You do what You say. What Ezekiel prophesies, the psalm of Asaph records as a lament...it has happened. The greatest loss according to the song writer is not the city, but the sense of the presence of God: where are You? We miss You! Remind us today that while You keep Your promises to Your children, You also keep Your Word and bring judgment to those who spurn and reject You and run from Your ways. Today, O Lord, we pray for our own lost and wayward nation. Forgive us for all our sin and turn the hearts of this nation back to You! We long to see You move across this land! We long for Your presence, Lord God Almighty. This we humbly ask in the Name of Jesus, Savior and Lord. Amen!
