Day 351: 2 Timothy 1-4; Titus 1; Psalm 30

Thank You, Father, for Your Holy and Inspired Word. Through its proclamation we have come to salvation, and we are eternally grateful. Now, may we grow in grace as we submit to Your teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that we may be equipped in every way to do good works that will bring glory to Your Name. This we ask for Jesus' sake and in His Name. Amen!

If only I didn’t need so much ‘rebuking , correcting and training!’ But then, I would not need His Word so much.

Yes, that is the abiding in Him that bears fruit (John 15)

I think I get that maybe- if God didn’t care about me, He wouldn’t bother. But, I have to make the effort to seek Him also. I have my share of doubts to fight. Got to keep asking God for His Help that eclipses all others.

Think about what that means...He loves us enough to keep making us like Jesus, and He will only do this because we invite Him to do so.
