Day 177: Job 7-9; Acts 7:37-8:3

Job asks, "...but how can a person be justified before God? " (9:2) He carries on his thought process and draws it to a close: "For he is not a man like me, that I can answer him...There is no mediator between us..." (9:32-33). Truth be known, no one can answer this challenge in his, or her, own strength and ability.

Thanks be to God Who has answered Job's challenge! "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We have also obtained access through him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we boast in the hope of the glory of God." (Romans 5:1-2, CSB).

Live in this truth today as one justified by faith through the Mediator, Jesus Christ, and know His shalom!
