Day 260: Proverbs 30 - Ecclesiastes 1; 2 Corinthians 8

There is this beautiful image of the Body of Christ being what Christ created and called it to be in 2 Corinthians 8. In v.5 we read that the Believers 'gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us by God's will.' Paul commends those who did not have much materially, yet still blessed the Church in their generosity, and in return received God's blessing. Everyone has something to offer. Everyone has blessings to receive. Everyone who belongs to God belongs to one another in the Body of Christ, the Family of God. I believe this is our journey, and I am blessed to share it with you!

"...we, too—the many—are different parts that form one body in the Anointed One. Each one of us is joined with one another, and we become together what we could not be alone" (Romans 12:5, The Voice).
