Day 90: Ruth 2-4; Psalm 90
O Father,
May we learn the singular focus of Ruth. Help us embrace You, the One True God. And, embracing You, may we be unwavering in our path of life. Where You lead is where we go. What You say is what we do. Our one goal in life is to be wholly Yours, and so we follow You. Like Ruth and like Moses, help us realize that life is truly brief, so may we spend our lives learning to live wisely. Yes, may we apply the knowledge of Your Word to us to our everyday living and so grow to be more like Jesus. This we ask for Jesus' sake and in His Name. Amen!
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. (Psalm 90:12, NIV)
