Day 142: 1 Chronicles 26-28; Psalm 142

There are times, Lord, when it seems as though prayer is all we have. Like King David in that cave (Psalm 142), we may feel trapped between our adversary and the opening that leads to our escape from that trap. While caves and thick walls may interfere with our cell reception, they cannot stop our prayers from reaching Your ears. And, like King David, we know that when there seems to be no way out, You provide one. Then, You lead us forward in purpose. You give us victory. So, we trust in You and wait upon You. Yes, and we thank You in anticipation for Your deliverance! In Jesus' Name. Amen!

Thanks for the reminder of ... waiting, and trusting in God's timing. " Teach me to abide..."

You are welcome! Like you, I am in constant need of reminders. Grateful for God's patience with me and for His Word to keep reminding me.
