Day 71: Deuteronomy 31-32; Psalm 71
See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me.
I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand. (Deuteronomy 32:39, NIV)
Your righteousness, God, reaches to the heavens, you who have done great things.
Who is like you, God?
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again;
from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.
You will increase my honor and comfort me once more. (Psalm 71:19-21, NIV)
Pray that you may receive the sentence of death within yourself, until you hear the voice that raises the dead...and His Spirit witnesses with your spirit that you are His child. (John Wesley)
Father, there is a death that must take place before life can be fully lived. So, today we offer ourselves up to You, living sacrifices dead to sin and self-centered living, alive in Christ with Whom we have been crucified, yet we live. Today we seek Your Spirit to set us free from being conformed to the way of the world's thinking and living, that we may be alive in the renewing transformation of our Father's Way of thinking and living and loving. May Your Spirit bear witness with ours today, even as we cry out, "Abba, Father, we love You!" Amen.

When my focus is in the renewing and transformation of our Father's Way of thinking and living and loving others-I feel full of peace, but empty of the worries and the what ifs. God is good
Yes and amen!
He is my Shalom. He was there for my first breath and will be there for my last.
Thank You, Jesus!
